Our Story

We are from San Diego, CA. We are U.S. military veterans who have a passion for real estate and new and emerging technologies.

When we first started investing in real estate, we realized the practices and standard operating procedures were very slow and cumbersome. We would hear amazing returns of successful real estate deals and we had also encountered deals that seemed unorganized and had a lack of transparency.

When we came across those problems we realized there had to be a better way. So we consulted with experts in the real estate field and experts in the automation technology industries to bring together Fruitiion.

We invest in real estate syndications and debt and found that mobile technology would help the industry run more effciently. Right now everyone is using calls, texts and emails which can be very unorganized especially when you're handling millions of dollars, if not billions.

Fruitiion will help sponsors of real estate deals improve investor satisfaction and experience while maintain Compliance with S.E.C. Regulation. The platform will save sponsors and investors' time and money by helping users become more organized and efficient in their real estate investment deals. While working with various brokers, we found many ineffcient processes that could be solved with modern technology.

We plan to add many features such as maps, resources, podcasts, links, news, fundraising, self-contained search engine to find any and all documents related to high-profile and confidential personal and business information.
